Delivery is provided by DPD
- Delivery time depends on your country:
– Latvia: usually 2–3 business days
– Lithuania and Estonia: usually 2–4 business days
– Finland: usually 5–7 business days
- On the morning of delivery you will receive an SMS from DPD with the estimated delivery time.

The online store Helmand.lv does not provide assembly or disassembly services.
The courier company that delivers the goods to your door will not take back goods that are assembled or without packaging.
Please note that the courier only delivers the goods to the specified address and does not provide any additional services.
The courier is not obliged to carry items upstairs – delivery is made to the building entrance.

At the specified time, delivery can only be made to the specified delivery address.
If you change the delivery address, the delivery will be postponed to the next business day.
If you change the delivery day, you will receive a new delivery time window on the morning of the chosen day.
It is not possible to change the delivery time window on the day of delivery.
