Warranty period for natural persons is 24 months
For legal entities 12 months
The warranty conditions do not apply to additional accessories of the product (accessories).
Manufacturer's warranty conditions are not valid if:
- Damage caused due to the fault of the buyer or user;
- The product has damaged warranty seals or serial numbers;
- Damage caused by natural disasters, or if improperly installed. In such cases, we recommend purchasing property insurance.
- The product has not been used for its intended purpose and has not been operated as indicated in the user manual;
- The product is damaged due to user actions (scratches, broken structures, cracked screen, water in inappropriate places, improper cleaning, foreign objects found inside the product, insects inside, or any other traces indicating improper use);
- Damage is caused by non-compliant power supply, telecommunication, cable networks, sudden temperature fluctuations, or other environmental factors (soot, smoke, dust, moisture, impacts, scratches);
- Traces of unqualified repair are visible in the product;
- Natural wear and tear of elements;
- If non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts, or uncertified materials (cartridges, toners, etc.) are used and have caused damage;
- The warranty does not apply to accessories (batteries, headphones, connecting cables, chargers, remotes);
- If the product is used for industrial or professional purposes (unless intended for such use);
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper transportation.
- The invoice or purchase document acts as the warranty card.
- The warranty repair period is 30-45 days!
- In case of product defects:
- If the defect is detected during transport or during assembly of the shipment:

- 3 photos clearly showing the damage
- A detailed description of the defect
- Customer's full name or order number
- You must indicate the package dimensions (width x length x height) and weight, if indicated on the package
- You will then be offered the following solutions:
- Replacement of the damaged parts (delivery of replacement parts will take 5-6 working days)
- Product replacement with a new identical product. This process may take 4-10 working days as the damaged product might need to be returned to the warehouse.
- When replacing or returning the product, it must be packed in cardboard packaging. The box may be non-original, but cardboard packaging is mandatory. Proper packaging is the client's responsibility. The product must be packed in as many boxes as it was originally delivered. It must be disassembled to the same state as originally delivered. Otherwise, the client bears the costs or the courier may refuse the package.
- Return of the product to the manufacturer (only within 14 days). A courier will be arranged within 2-5 working days to pick up the damaged product. The product will be inspected, taking approximately 4-10 working days. Afterwards, a full refund will be issued. If the defect is found after 14 days, only replacement or warranty repair is available.
- The return of the product is possible only through a courier arranged by the online store. The client cannot deliver the product personally.

If the product is sent for warranty repair and no defects are found, the service will charge a diagnostic fee, which will be billed to the customer along with shipping costs. After payment, the product will be returned to the customer.
