The 14-day right of return applies only to private individuals; legal entities do not have return rights.
1. According to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 of May 20, 2014 "Regulations on distance contracts", paragraph 22 stipulates that a consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
· The price of the goods or services depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the seller or service provider cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
· The goods are made according to the consumer's instructions or are clearly personalized
· The goods deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life
· The consumer has opened the packaging of goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (such items as electric toothbrushes, epilators, electric shavers, beard/hair trimmers, hair clippers, hair straighteners, manicure and pedicure tools, underwear, socks and tights, perfumes, cosmetics, in-ear headphones, breast pumps, portable toilets, household chemicals and other similar goods)
· Due to their nature, the goods have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
· The consumer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording, or computer software
· The contract is for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the delivery of the digital content has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal
2. Every buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days if the product does not match what was ordered. By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it matches the order and the product can no longer be returned.
3. The right of withdrawal for goods is valid if the product is returned in full set, including the original packaging and with proof of purchase.
4. Product packaging must be opened carefully, as products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted back.
5 Consumer rights regarding the use of purchased goods during the withdrawal period:
- Right to inspect the goods – the consumer is entitled to use the goods to determine their properties and type, as well as to inspect them.
- Consumer responsibility – the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods or use contrary to good faith, if the goods were used during the withdrawal period beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics.
- Important! Use of the goods for determining their nature and properties must be limited to what could be done in a physical store. (For example, an inflatable mattress must not be inflated.)

For Vidaxl brand products, if there is no defect, the return cost per item is 8 EUR. Returns are organized by the warehouse; the customer cannot return the goods by themselves. If the product is defective, the return is free of charge.
