Braided Line DAIWA J-Braid Grand X8 is an improved version of the world-famous J-Braid X8.

The new Grand X8 has been optimized down to a few details to give you even more confidence when presenting the bait and during the pull.

Whether you're hunting for perch, bream or pike in freshwater, or cod, halibut and the like in the sea - the new J-Braid Grand X8 is always and everywhere.

Compared to the previous J-Braid X8, the new Grand X8 features a stronger braid, resulting in higher knot strength and greater abrasion resistance.

A special procedure, which consists of properly stretching the J-Braid Grand X8 during the manufacturing process, additionally increases its load-bearing capacity and improves abrasion.

The J-Braid Grand X8 is very soft and, thanks to its coated surface, also glides very quietly on the guides.

It is slightly stiffer than the J-Braid X8, making it better suited for fishing on windy days when casting is difficult.
