Fischer DUOBLADE is the newest member of the innovative DUO-Line family. It consists of different components that ensure the best possible performance. The self-drilling metal tip allows fast and precise installation into plasterboard without pre-drilling. The anchor is screwed directly into the board using a PZ2 bit, and the wood screw is driven into the anchor with the same bit. As the screw is driven in, it pushes out the drill tip in front. Maximum loads: • Max. load in gypsum fibreboard 12.5 mm – 34 kg • Max. load in plasterboard 12.5 mm – 10 kg • Max. load in plasterboard 9.5 mm – 8 kg • Max. load in double plasterboard (2×12.5 mm) – 20 kg Wood screw selection for the anchor: • DuoBlade anchor – for wood screws ø 4–5 mm.
